We’re Hiring: Insurance & Risk Manager (Manpower, Asset & Engineering) We are looking for an experiencedInsurance & Risk Managerto lead and manage our end-to-end insurance portfolio acrossmanpower, assets, and engineering risks , supporting large-scale projects—particularly in therenewable energy / infrastructure sector .Role Highlights Manage manpower insurance (Workmen Compensation, Group Health, GPA) Oversee asset insurance for wind turbines, cranes, vehicles & infrastructure Handle Engineering Insurance (CAR, EAR, Machinery Breakdown) Lead claims management from initiation to closure Ensure statutory compliance and risk mitigation Coordinate with insurers, brokers, TPAs & internal stakeholders Develop SOPs, maintain audit-ready documentation & MIS reportingQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Engineering, or related field PG Diploma in Insurance Management (PGDIM) or equivalent preferredExperience & Skills 5+ years of experience in insurance management Strong knowledge of Indian insurance laws & engineering insurance products Hands-on exposure to claims handling Excellent negotiation, communication & coordination skills Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPointPreferred Background Renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure sector experience Base Location @ Tenkasi, Tamil NaduInterested?
