Head of HR Operations (Service Delivery)

Our client is a global financial services organization establishing a strategic Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. This role will lead to end-to-end HR Operations and Service Delivery across geographies, with a strong focus on scale, standardization, digitization, and compliance.Some of the key responsibilities will include:- Own the HR Operations and Service Delivery strategy across markets. - Drive standardized, SLA-driven HR services with strong governance and controls. - Lead HR digital transformation leveraging HRIS, automation, and analytics. - Build and lead high-performing HR Operations teams. - Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and risk mitigation. - Manage budgets, vendors, and productivity optimization.To be eligible for this role you will require:- 15+ years of HR Operations experience, 5+ years in a senior leadership role within a GCC or shared services environment. - Strong expertise in HR service delivery, process excellence, and transformation. - Proven experience leading large, distributed teams. - Strategic, data-driven, and stakeholder-oriented leader.Please contact Chaitra Shetty or email your cv directly in word format to Chaitra@Please note that due to the high number of applications only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
