Ensure quality assurance at all times. - Coach and Develop team members and ensure continuous improvement. - Analyze current process and make recommendations to improve accuracy and efficiency. - Work with cross functional team across locations. Document best practices to ensure smooth flow of processes. - Conduct weekly reviews with team. Identify hits, misses, and action items. - Respond to queries/complaints/requests on a regular basis. Ensure high degree of employee satisfaction at all times. - Act as first point of escalation for all internal and external stakeholders. - Maintain and distribute daily reports, issues logs, etc. Hire and train new team members in the teamQualifications:- 10 -15 years of experience in US Payroll and managing a team. - Knowledge of Proficient in Excel including usage of Macros - Understanding of US labor law with regards to work hours classification, over time rules, paid sick leave, tax treatment etc. - Ability to work with cross functional teams & Attention to detail - Ability to multitask in high-volume high-speed environment. - Basic knowledge of VMS tools like Beeline, Fieldglass, IQ Navigator etc. is desired. - Knowledge of payroll applications
