Job Title: Non-Tech Recruiter (Contract) – (Walk in , Monday to Friday @ 6.30 pm)Location: ChennaiEmployment Type: ContractAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced Non-Tech Recruiter to support hiring for our US Residential Mortgage Process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in mortgage domain hiring and be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment for both volume and niche roles within the operations function.Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the US Residential Mortgage domain, including roles in Underwriting, Processing, Closing, and Quality Control. - Partner with business teams to understand position requirements and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines. - Source candidates through job portals and social media. - Conduct initial screening to assess candidates’ suitability, domain exposure, and communication skills. - Schedule and coordinate interviews with panel members and ensure a smooth candidate experience. - Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards regularly. - Support hiring drives and virtual interviews across Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad locations.Required Skills & Experience:- 2 to 4 years of experience in non-technical recruitment, preferably in US mortgage domain hiring. - Strong knowledge of hiring for Underwriting, Processing, Closing, and Post-Closing roles. - Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring within tight timelines. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills. - Comfortable working from Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad based on business needs. - Flexibility to support extended hours when required for US-shift coordination.Venue Details – Workafella, Teynampet (Chennai)Address: Workafella Business Centre, High Street Building,New No. 431, Anna Salai (Mount Road), Teynampet, Chennai – 600018.Venue Timing: 6:30 PM to 7:00 PMContact Persons: Elango Manoharan
