Job Description: Handle Recruitment, Joining and Exit Interviews of Executives Maintain recruitment MIS and create all role related SOPs Facilitate and support the implementation of the performance management process Prepare Annual Training Calendar and provide need-based training Conduct Skill Mapping exercise and Assessment Facilitate Multiskilled Development Programs Drive Employee Engagement initiatives Drive and facilitate societal initiatives & community development Strengthen governance around statutory compliance Required Qualification: MBA (HR)/ MSW (HR) Knowledge: HRM, HRD, OD methodology & Techniques, OB, Excel Good to have knowledge of Labour Laws, Psychometric tools Experience: 7-10 years of experience (good to have factory exposure)
