Role Overview: We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead our HR Operations and International Mobility function. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end mobility processes, including expatriate management, compliance with immigration regulations, and coordination with consulates and government bodies. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in FRRO, FKCCI, and international visa processes, especially for China, KSA, UAE, Qatar, and Schengen countries.Key Responsibilities: International Mobility & Expat Management Manage the full lifecycle of international assignments, including onboarding, relocation, visa/work permit processing, and repatriation. Serve as the primary point of contact for expatriates and international assignees. Ensure compliance with global mobility policies and local labor laws. Immigration & Regulatory Compliance Handle all immigration-related processes including FRRO registrations, visa renewals, and work permits. Liaise with FKCCI and other regulatory bodies for documentation and compliance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and ensure adherence to statutory requirements. Consulate & Embassy Coordination Build and maintain strong relationships with consulates and embassies, particularly for: China Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) United Arab Emirates (UAE) Qatar Schengen countries Facilitate smooth and timely processing of business and work visas. HR Operations Oversee core HR operations including employee documentation, HRIS updates, and compliance audits. Collaborate with internal teams (Payroll, Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless HR service delivery. Drive process improvements and automation in HR operations.Qualifications & Experience: 8–12 years of experience in HR Operations and International Mobility. Proven expertise in FRRO, FKCCI, and global visa processes. Strong experience in dealing with consulates and embassies, especially in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
