This position interfaces with other Engineering groups, Field Engineers, and Suppliers to provide world class customer support. Fresher candidates should be prepared on the below skillset for interview: Knowledge of Elevator maintenance equipment. Excellent knowledge of technical systems. In-depth knowledge of mechanics, signalization and electronics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for End User and Engineer to diagnose the issue and recommend resolution. IT literate- preferably with experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Word, Excel,) Possess the ability to work well within a team environment while demonstrating the ability to make decision. Possess effective verbal and written communication skills. Excellent listening and Time management ability.
