The Pharmacist will be responsible for preparing and dispensing medications, reviewing and interpreting prescriptions, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, providing patient counseling and education, and maintaining accurate pharmacy records. The role also involves collaborating with healthcare providers and offering recommendations for improving patient outcomes and medication effectiveness.Qualifications- Knowledge of pharmacology, prescription drug management, and medication safety requirements - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and precise documentation proficiency - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to counsel and educate patients - Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare providers and a multidisciplinary team - Proficiency in pharmacy management software and familiarity with regulatory compliance - Relevant licenses or certifications to practice as a Pharmacist, as per state or national guidelines - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or( D pharm ) from an accredited institution
