Project Manager Quality Dpt (piping)

Grupo Cunado is looking for a local Project Manager with expertise in piping for Quality Department, based in Chennai (India), to work in an international environment.Your responsibilities would be: You will be in charge of technical checking during bidding stage: revision of project specifications and standards, issue check list where included all additional requirements to the required manufacturing standards, review of manufacturers/suppliers offers, summary of deviations and strengths of received supplier offers, issue final technical offer in tandem with commercial department. Also, once confirmed PO, you will participate in the working team for the supervision of the progress of the order, from technical point of view. Revision of documentation from manufacturers and client comments if any after their revision, up to get final approval and release the production. Follow client inspections, to get MTC and release. Manage possible incidences or deviations during production or final inspection.Knowledge and skills: Experience in Technical bidding for EPC companies and technical assessment for mills Technical training in steel materials / engineering. Knowledge of piping steel production. Knowledge of testing / NDT. Knowledge of manufacturing standards (ASME, ASTM, MSS SP, API, EN, ISO). English in conversation level. Dynamic, proactive, organized, analyst during revision of documentation and resolute in the conclusion / solution, good communication skill to get what needed in time and form.
