Construction Manager MEP

Job Role: Construction managerJob Location : ChennaiAs a Construction Manager at M Moser, you will:- Work with the team to develop project-related details including interior designers, site workers etc. - Monitor technical tasks for overall design and build projects, including Builder's Work, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. - Coordinate various trades on-site. - Supervising and managing site subcontractors' workers, including construction quality control and technical guidance. - Site inspection and site management for construction workers - Schedule and in charge of site meetings with clients. - Ensure that all construction activities comply with contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including building codes and safety standards. - Handover the project to the client, including as-built documentation.Job RequirementsAs M Moser Associates’ Construction Manager, you are exceptionally driven and organized in your thinking with a knack for digging into a problem to find its solution. You are a great multi-tasker with an eye for the details who works well under pressure and never misses a deadline.To meet these challenges, you should possess the following qualities:- Knowledge and experience in fit-out. - Knowledge on Control and Instrumentation systems with experience working on integration of lighting, HVAC controls, smart office systems, and other automated building management technologies into interior spaces. - Experience in project documentation, including progress reports, site inspection. - Able to work independently and be motivated. - Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related field. - A minimum of 3 years of experience in the workplace interior design field is preferred; however, candidates with less experience will also be considered. - Proficiency in spoken and written English
