Construction Manager MEP

Job Role : Construction ManagerJob Location : ChennaiEmployment Type: ContractWe are seeking an Construction Manager with MEP experience to support the delivery of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection works across our workplace and commercial interior projects. This role focuses on site coordination, quality control, and ensuring MEP installations meet design intent, timelines, and safety standards.Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and review MEP drawings and site activities - Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications - Conduct routine site inspections and resolve technical issues - Support testing, commissioning, and project handover - Assist with procurement reviews, material approvals, and value engineering - Maintain documentation, reports, and safety complianceQualifications- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering - 5–8 years of experience in MEP construction, ideally in interior fit-out or design–build - Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems - Ability to interpret drawings/BIM models; Revit experience is a plus - Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skillOnly candidates who are immediately available to join, please send in applications at poojaa@
