Asset Disposal Manager - SME

Designation : Asset Disposal Manager ( Retail Mortgage)Location : ChennaiResponsibilities- Independently oversee asset disposal lifecycle from conducting Online & offline auctions to handing over property documents to successful bidder. - Responsible for legal, operational and documentation aspects of asset disposal. To conduct transparent, fair and compliant disposal practices in accordance with SARFAESI Act and as per Company policy. - Identify and engage prospective buyer for repossessed properties and follow up with final bidders ensuring full sale proceeds are received. - Take all necessary marketing efforts to promote repossessed properties with nearby property vendors or individual buyers to lead timely disposals. - Timely coordination with litigation team and field team seeking local support in asset disposals.Qualifications- Minimum 5 years experience in asset disposal recovery PAN India Level. - SME/LAP disposal experience will be preferred. - Knowledge of SARFAESI Act, e-auctions and related property law.Interested candidates can mail their resumes at kirthikaj@
