Role: Construction Manager- Electrical (Oil & Gas/ Substation) Interview Location: Chennai Work Location: Saudi Arabia Experience: 12yrs to 18yrs Skill: Should have experience in Oil & Gas Substation project, 132/220/380Kv Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of construction activities for substation projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, including site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative work environment. Scheduling & Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to stay within financial targets. Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and project specifications. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns. Safety Management: Promote a culture of safety on-site, conducting regular safety audits and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
