Dear CandidateTata Consultancy is hiring for OpswatRole: Opswat Support EngineerExperience: 6-10 YearsLocation: PAN INDIAJob Summary:A skilled and detail-oriented Security Engineer with hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and managing OPSWAT MetaDefender Storage Security. In this role, he will be responsible for securing enterprise IT-OT File transfer system tool, detecting and preventing malware infiltration, and ensuring compliance with data protection policies.Key Responsibilities:- Configure, and maintain OPSWAT MetaDefender Storage Security in on-premises with 24/7 availability. - Integrate MetaDefender with enterprise storage platforms and shares such as NetApp, EMC, Windows File Servers (NFS, SMB, DFS), and cloud storage services (Azure Blob storage). - Creation and troubleshooting of the workflows for file-transfers between the IT -OT zone. - Alignment with Business to understanding of the new requirements (for file transfers) and implementing the same. - Good understanding of IT / OT zones in Lonza environment and creation of the detailed documentation as required by Lonza. - Manage ICAP, REST APIs, and other integration methods to ensure seamless scanning and sanitization workflows. - Monitor storage scanning results and take proactive steps to remediate detected threats. - Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and response protocols. - Work with the IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure file handling practices. - Regularly update threat definitions and software patches to ensure current protection. - Provide technical support and incident response related to file storage security issues. - Create reports on scanning activity, threat detections, and system performance. - Ensure compliance with internal security policies.Regards,S.ShanbagaTata Consultancy ServicesHuman Resources TAG CSP
