Position: Architect Location: T. Nagar (HO), Chennai + Site Visits Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting to: Sr. Project Manager / Managing Director About NV Infra We are a young, ambitious construction firm based in Chennai with a clear goal to become one of the top EPC companies in Tamil Nadu. The founding team has managed real estate assets worth over ₹3,000 crore for global RE funds, and today we are building NV Infra from the ground up with that expertise. Role Overview The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and coordinating architectural aspects of NV Infra’s projects. This role involves conceptual design, drawing preparation, client coordination, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and site visits , all while contributing to aesthetically appealing and functional spaces. Key Responsibilities Design & Conceptualization ·      Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and 3D visualizations. ·      Prepare detailed drawings including floor plans, elevations, and sections. ·      Ensure designs align with client requirements, project feasibility, and budgets. Coordination & Documentation ·      Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and consultants for seamless project execution. ·      Prepare architectural documentation for approvals, permits, and client presentations. ·      Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and project correspondences. Site Management & Execution ·      Conduct periodic site visits to ensure design implementation as per plans. ·      Provide solutions for on-site design issues or changes. ·      Coordinate with contractors and site engineers to resolve design discrepancies. Client & Stakeholder Interaction ·      Participate in client meetings and presentations. ·      Incorporate feedback and revisions while ensuring project timelines are met. ·      Assist in finalizing materials, finishes, and fixtures in line with design intent. Requirements ·      Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. ·      1 – 5 years of experience in residential architectural design. ·      Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software. ·      Good knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices. ·      Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
