Convert and optimize CAD/BIM models (JT, IFC, Revit) intoUSD-compliant real-time assets . ImplementLevel of Detail (LOD) , instancing, collision, and physics metadata to scale performance. Organize modular, reusableasset librariesfor rapid composition of synthetic environments. Develop high-quality scenes usingUSD Composer ,Omniverse Create , or Blender-to-USD pipelines. Authorrealistic lighting ,camera animation rigs , andscene variantsfor simulation and data capture. Configure and manageOmniverse Nucleus serversto enable real-time USD collaboration, asset versioning, and access control. UseOmniverse Replicatorto build scalable synthetic data pipelines with domain randomization and multi-sensor simulation. Simulate autonomous workflows withIsaac Sim , integrating physics, LiDAR, RGB, and stereo camera emulation. Train and fine-tune DL models usingNVIDIA TAO Toolkitfor tasks like detection, segmentation, and pose estimation. Deploy AI models onNVIDIA Jetson (Nano, Xavier, Orin)usingDeepStream SDK ,TensorRT , andlive camera feeds . Develop, Deploy, Mange and Optimize Omniverse streaming application for multiuser remote visualization across enterprise network.. Buildcustom Omniverse Kit Extensionsto enable in-simulation interactivity, data streaming, or real-time controls. Integrate robotic and sensor data fromROS2 , cloud APIs, or IoT systems. Deploy simulation workloads usingDocker, Kubernetes, Helm , andTerraformon AWS, Azure, or on-prem GPU clusters. Track AI experiments usingMLflow ,ClearML , orWeights & Biases . Monitor GPU resource allocation, container communication, and simulation performance. LeverageNVIDIA CuOptfor real-time, constraint-based path planning, scheduling, and factory optimization. Implement rendering and performance tuning strategies such asUSDZ optimization ,texture streaming , and GPU utilization balancing.Required Qualifications BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or Game Development. 6+ years of experience in 3D models and simulation, with AI/ML product development. Familiarity withPixar's USD , USD Composer, simulation layering, and modular asset structuring. Familiarity withBlender, Maya, or 3ds Max , and exporting models into USD format. Experience buildingcustom Omniverse Kit Extensionsor UI plugins. Knowledge ofsimulation-to-realtransfer, synthetic data generation and validation. Experience withOmniverse SDKs , Kit Extensions, and real-time scene interactivity via scripting or UI development. Strong proficiency in: Python, CUDA, TensorFlow/PyTorch NVIDIA Omniverse ,Isaac Sim ,Omniverse Replicator USD workflows , scene composition, and LOD TAO Toolkit ,DeepStream , andJetsondeployment Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD , andcloud architecture Direct experience managing and operatingOmniverse Nucleusenvironments.What You Will Do After Joining Architect and deliver digital twin, robotics, and simulation-powered AI products across domains like smart factories, healthcare, and logistics. Develop integrated pipelines fromsynthetic data generationtoinference deployment , enabling rapid experimentation and scale. Influence next-gen architecture by collaborating with internal teams from HCL and NVIDIA across simulation, GPU compute, and cloud AI stacks. Build reusable blueprints, contribute to enterprise-wide simulation standards, and mentor developers across the AI and digital twin ecosystem. Conduct customer presentations, develop demos and solutions, collaborate with Business Analysts. Collaborate with domain experts to translate customer requirements into composable solutions on the NVIDIA AI Platform.
