Dear Candidates,Greetings from TCS!!!!TCS is looking for CDX Platform EngineerExperience: 6-12 yearsMode of interview: Face-to-FaceDate: 13/09/2025Location: Chennai One It Sez Phase-2, 200 Feet Radial Rd, inner, ring road, MCN Nagar Extension, Pallavaram, Thoraipakkam, Tamil Nadu 600097Role description:The platform team responsible for providing baseline & building blocks of cloud environments using Microsoft enterprise landing zone concept in Azure, managed Kubernetes clusters on top of Azure AKS, developer tools, builders library for our software engineering teams with mission of supporting product teams for developing cloud native digital solutions, also driving DevOps, SecOps & SRE practices in software engineering teams. You will play a key role in empowering our engineering teams, improving the developer experience, and fostering a software engineering culture as part of Platform Engineering. Our product teams are organized in value streams with several products. We are organized into 3 teams - Platform, Kubility & Developer ExperienceMandatory skill set:- Experience with designing & implementing solutions using cloud native services (preferably Azure or other cloud provider AWS or GCP)- Hands-on experience as Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, or similar roles coming from Software development or system administration background- Experience with Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform, Pulumi, Bicep or similar tools - Experience deploying, managing, and scaling containerized applications using Kubernetes. - Proficiency in Kubernetes cluster administration, including setup, upgrades, and troubleshooting.- Experience with Container and/or Serverless services in cloud environments- Some experience with designing and implementing solutions using cloud native API Gateway and API management services (preferably in Azure or other cloud provider).- Experience with writing automation scripts/tools using Bash, Python, JavaScript, Typescript or Go- Understanding of Hub & Spoke architecture- Understanding of networking architecture such as DNS, routing, subnet, NAT, CDN, load balancer etc. - Understanding of Azure AD, access management concepts such AD groups, IAM etc.Good to have skills:- Hands-on experience on using multiple cloud services based on the use cases (preferably Azure or other cloud provider)- Understanding security concepts Azure RBAC, Defender for cloud, Sentinel, Azure policies, Firewall etc.
