DDI Engineer

Hi All, Movate is hiring for DDI Engineer Role, Location: Bangalore Shift: Flexible to work in Night shift Yr of Exp: 2+ Years Roles & Responsibilities: • 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support role assisting customers via phone and ticketing systems • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other Layer 2/3 networking concepts • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical issues clearly • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently • Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on service excellence • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience • Self-starter and effective team player with the ability to multi-task in high-pressure, fast-paced environments • Experience with DDI solutions. • Working knowledge of Linux/Unix or Microsoft Windows Server environments. • Exposure to network administration, system administration, or enterprise infrastructure support. • Understanding of support tools, lab simulations, and remote troubleshooting practices. • Ability to handle outage calls and work collaboratively with engineering teams for escalations. • Passion for continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and mentoring peers
