Senior AI/ML engineer

Experience: 10+ Years Location: Remote (initially) — Only candidates from Tamil Nadu will be considered Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary AI/ML Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions. This role demands deep expertise in software architecture, data platforms, and modern AI technologies, with a strong focus on GenAI, LLMs, and scalable data systems. You will work cross-functionally to drive innovation, performance, and measurable business impact. Core Competencies Required 10–14 years in software architecture, with 5–6 years in AI/ML or data platform roles. 5–6 years in enterprise AI or large-scale data product management, with recent delivery experience. Strong grasp of classical ML, Transformers, embeddings, and GenAI architectures. Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude), RAG pipelines, and agentic frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain). Expertise in data modeling, schema design, and managing batch/streaming ingestion pipelines. Ability to interpret and act on model performance metrics (accuracy, latency, drift, ROI). Proven experience balancing performance, governance, and scalability in cloud-native environments. Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Chroma), personalization engines, and real-time streaming platforms (Kafka, Flink). Experience with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, DVC) and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana). Exposure to value realization frameworks and revenue impact analysis for AI products. Strong analytical mindset and ability to simplify complex AI concepts for business stakeholders. Effective cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management. Excellent communication, storytelling, and prioritization skills. Empathy for end users with a focus on trust, explainability, and adoption. Ability to balance technical trade-offs with business outcomes and drive measurable ROI.
