This is a full-time, on-site position for professionals with strong technical expertise and leadership skills in plumbing design. Key Responsibilities Lead plumbing system design and project execution. Ensure compliance with NBC/SP35/UPC standards and regulations. Perform load estimates, water balance/storage calculations, and STP/RO sizing. Prepare 2D schematics, BOQs/specifications, and technical documents. Handle RFIs, approvals, and site monitoring activities. Provide client coordination and ensure smooth communication across teams. Use AutoCAD and MS Office effectively for design and documentation. Demonstrate leadership and readiness to travel as per project requirements. Requirements 8–10 years of relevant experience in plumbing design. Degree (BE/ME Civil/Mechanical) or Diploma with strong technical expertise. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and plumbing system design tools. In-depth knowledge of standards, codes, and compliance requirements. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and client-handling skills. Willingness to travel when required.
