Manager (Study Abroad)

We are looking for an experienced Overseas Admission Manager to join our team at upGrad Abroad.In this role, you will manage the admission process for Indian students seeking study abroadopportunities. You will work closely with universities and educational institutions across variouscountries to facilitate admissions, provide counseling to students, and ensure compliance with visarequirements. This senior-level position requires a minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience.Job Responsibilities:● Team Management: Lead a team of 8-10 coaches/country counselors, ensuring thatmonthly/ yearly targets are achieved.● Visa Compliance: Ensure compliance with visa requirements and assist students withtheir visa applications.● Application Review: Coordinate with the admissions team to review and evaluatestudent applications.● Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with universities andeducational institutions across various countries.● Policy and Market Awareness: Stay updated on changes in education policies,immigration regulations, and market trends.● Student Support: Address any issues or concerns raised by students and provideprompt resolutions.● Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to admissionsand student interactions.Qualification and Skills:● Proven experience in international recruitment and student counseling● In-depth knowledge of study abroad destinations● Familiarity with visa requirements and procedures● Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & hustler (must).● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities● Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
