JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Summary:Seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Principal. The Principal will be responsible for providing visionary leadership mind-set, overseeing the school's administration, and ensuring the delivery of quality education in line with CBSE guidelines and the ability to inspire and motivate others.Key Responsibilities:Educational Leadership: Develop and articulate a clear educational vision for the school. Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes academic excellence, character development, and holistic growth of the students. Implement innovative teaching and learning strategies to enhance student outcomes.Administration and Operations: Manage day-to-day school operations, including staff recruitment, budgeting, and facility management. Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations and guidelines. Collaborate with the school board and other stakeholders to develop and implement policies that support the school's mission.Curriculum Development: Supervise curriculum planning and development in alignment with CBSE standards. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the curriculum to meet educational goals. Promote a well-rounded education that includes co-curricular and extracurricular activities.Staff Development: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff. Provide professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the school's personnel.Student Welfare: Ensure the well-being and safety of students. Implement systems for academic and behavioural support when needed. Promote a positive and respectful learning environment.Parent and Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community. Encourage active participation and support from parents in the education process.Qualifications and Requirements/Personal Attributes: Post Graduate in Physical Sciences/Math/Physics/Chemistry B.Ed.
