Powered by our purpose – the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people – we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and AI.  Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - UiPath SupportIn this role, the Support Developer will take part in RPA production bot maintenance, enhancement, and support activities for Robotics solutions, meet the Incident SLA, and work as per defined Support process & Practices.Responsibilities• Supporting UiPath RPA platform.• Experience in ServiceNow , similar ITSM tools.• ITIL certifications preferred.• End user issue analysis. , follow up and provide resolution.• Co-ordinate end to end written response between internal teams and clients externally.• Off shore support with rolling shift.• Managing the tickets & ensure SLAs are met.• Experience in web application support experience in a technical/functional support environment.• Experience troubleshooting web applications and strong hold on SQL (SQL Server).• SQL knowledge, and ability to run queries.• Excellent understanding of how web applications work.• Excellent technical and analytical skills.• Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems.• Proven ability to function in a proactive environment.• Must excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills are required for success.• Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change.• Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• UiPath Platform Support i.e., UiPath installation and Orchestrator management• AWS Skills• Python• Power Shell• Network skills Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum qualifications• Experience developing and testing software on a Windows platform including hands-on programming experience in Process Automation Software- UiPath• Understanding of Robotics process automation tool UiPath• Ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.• Willingness and ability to blend business analysis with the hands-on configuration of automated processes in the Automation Software Products.• Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.• Ability to talk to the client and get the Business Requirements • Performs code reviews. Communicates and enforces coding standardsPreferred qualifications • Certification in leading RPA Products e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism certifications• VB script and Macro experience• Incident management • Familiarity with service management tools like JIRA and ServiceNow
