Desired Profile: Postgraduate/Doctoral qualification in Aviation / Management / or related field. Minimum *10+ years of academic and administrative leadership experience*, with proven success as a Principal / VP/ Director / Dean/ HOD. Strong knowledge of higher education systems and aviation industry requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
