The role requires a combination of strategic planning, leadership, and hands-on coaching. The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile products or technology sales, with a passion for developing training content that drives measurable sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design and execute training programs focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices for selling mobile products. Create both in-person and virtual training solutions that address the diverse needs of the sales force. Sales Enablement: Provide ongoing sales support and training to ensure teams are equipped to handle customer objections, maximize sales opportunities, and close deals effectively. Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring they are quickly up to speed with product offerings, company processes, and sales techniques. Coaching and Mentoring: Offer one-on-one coaching sessions with individual sales representatives, helping them improve their product knowledge, presentation skills, and sales strategies. Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics and use data to identify training gaps or areas for improvement. Adjust training programs accordingly to ensure continued success. Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with sales leaders, product managers, and marketing teams to align training initiatives with overall business goals and product launches. Create Training Materials: Develop training materials such as manuals, slide decks, e-learning modules, and reference guides that can be used for ongoing sales development. Organize Training Events : Coordinate regular training sessions, workshops, webinars, and other learning opportunities for the sales team. Stay Updated on Mobile Industry Trends: Continuously monitor the latest trends in mobile technology, mobile devices, and sales strategies, ensuring the team is always ahead of the curve.
