About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Mathematics Teacher who can teach core mathematics subjects at the college level while also preparing students for competitive exams such as JEE, CUET, GATE, IIT-JAM, and other entrance examinations. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, deep subject knowledge, and the ability to make mathematics engaging and approachable for students. Key Responsibilities Teach college-level mathematics courses such as Algebra, Calculus, Linear Algebra, Probability, Statistics, Differential Equations, and Real/Complex Analysis. Train and mentor students for competitive exams , focusing on problem-solving, time management, and exam-oriented strategies. Prepare and deliver lesson plans, practice sheets, mock tests, and study materials aligned with both academic and competitive requirements. Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and doubt-solving sessions to monitor and enhance student performance. Use modern teaching tools and digital platforms to deliver interactive learning experiences. Keep up to date with the latest exam trends, syllabi, and question patterns in competitive exams. Collaborate with faculty members to ensure a balanced approach between college curriculum and exam preparation . Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree (M.Sc./M.Tech/Ph.D.) in Mathematics or a related field from a recognized university. Prior teaching experience at the college or coaching institute level is preferred. Strong conceptual clarity with the ability to simplify complex mathematical problems . Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills . Ability to prepare exam-oriented notes, assignments, and problem banks . Passionate about teaching and mentoring students to achieve academic and career goals. Preferred Experience Teaching background in JEE/ IIT-JAM / GATE / CUET / other competitive exams . Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital content creation.
