We are looking for Executive Education - Classroom Program Manager (On Site - Class Mgmt) for the Chennai campus. Key Responsibilities Program Management & Execution of In class Logistics and Social Media (Daily Communication) Create video content for CLD programs - Testimonials and Case Studies Provide session summaries and debriefings to participants at the conclusion of each day to ensure clear Communication of key insights and takeaways from the sessions (10%) Accommodation & faculty (SPOC) for CLD, Program Billing, Collections & faculty payment for all programs in CLD Ability to Generate revenue from new business - Hunting Farming with existing clients - Cross selling/Up selling B2B Enrolments for PGXPM Qualifications Graduate degree 2-3 years of Experience/Similar background will be an add on (Candidates with more than 4 yrs work experience will not be considered) Excellent written and spoken English and presentation skills Hands on approach and good in Microsoft Office – especially Excel, Power point and Word Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and constructive approach; Video content editing Demonstrated ability to meet targets with a keen eye on planning and execution Strong inter-personal skills, enthusiasm and positive attitude Multiple stakeholder management
