Center Head

The Centre Head will be responsible for leading all non-academic functions of the school, with a strong focus on driving admissions, marketing strategy. This role requires strategic thinking, business acumen, and hands-on execution to ensure operational excellence and sustained enrolment growth.Key Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end admissions strategy, including lead generation, funnel management, and conversion to achieve enrolment targets. - Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and outreach programs to maximize visibility and admissions. - Track and optimize lead generation, conversion ratios, and marketing ROI through data-driven insights. - Organize and lead promotional events, seminars, school visits, and parent engagement programs to boost admissions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing parents to enhance trust, satisfaction, and retention. - Oversee day-to-day centre operations and ensure seamless functioning of all non-academic activities. - Streamline processes related to transport, facilities, staff coordination, and event management. - Manage resource allocation, and cost optimization to improve operational efficiency. - Act as the primary point of contact between management, staff, parents, and external stakeholders. - Supervise and guide administrative and support staff to ensure effective coordination and execution.Candidate Profile- MBA in Marketing / Operations / General Management from a reputed institution. - 5–10 years of experience in Schools/coaching/ Edtech (e.g., Narayana, Sri Chaitanya, Aakash, Allen, FIITJEE) or educational operations. - Proven track record in admissions growth, marketing execution, and centre management. - Prior experience as a Campus Head or in a leadership role is highly preferred. - Strong expertise in lead generation, conversion strategies, and local marketing execution. - Certifications such as Six Sigma and/or Project Management are preferred. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to handle multiple responsibilities under pressure and deliver results. - Exposure to vendor management and legal coordination. - Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory. - Immediate joiners preferred.
