Shoot Coordinator

NOTE: PLEASE READ BEFORE SENDING IN APPLICATIONRole: Full time + OnsiteLocation: Thiruvanmiyur, ChennaiResponsibilities:- Plan, coordinate and manage all shoots including Static shoots, video shoots, reels and on-ground content. - Work closely with brand managers, content creators, designers, videographers and clients to understand shoot requirements and deliverables. - Create and manage shoot schedules, call sheets, shot lists and timelines. - Coordinate locations, props, equipment, permissions and logistics. - Overlook and supervise the shoot on-ground to ensure the execution goes exactly according to the plan, creative brief and timelines. - Ensure all creative and brand guidelines are followed during shoots. - Manage on-set execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. - Handle last-minute changes, troubleshooting and problem-solving on shoot days. - Organise and track footage, photos and deliverables post-shoot. - Ensure deadlines are met and assets are shared with the relevant teams. - Maintain clear communication between all stakeholders before, during and after shoots.Preferred Qualifications:- 1–3 years of experience in content production, shoots, creative agencies or media environments (freshers with strong organisational skills are welcome). - Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. - Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate between multiple teams. - Understanding of social media, content formats and creative workflows. - Familiarity with production workflows, cameras, lighting or editing tools is a plus. - Willingness to work on shoots that may happen outside standard office hours when required.What You Get:- A fun workplace where more than anything else, creativity is encouraged. - Opportunities to work with various mediums, like Design, Content creation amongst other things. - As a growing company, you'll have the opportunity to work across all disciplines, enabling you to learn and understand all facets of an agency very quickly. - Excellent career growth opportunities in a fast-growing company. - Be part of a passionate team that values innovation and collaboration.If you have any questions about the role, you can directly apply for this role at careers@
