Trainee Sales Development Representative (SDR)We’re looking for enthusiastic, fluent English speakers to join our team as Trainee Sales Development Representatives. This is a perfect role for recent graduates or anyone starting a career in sales. Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound sales activities via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and schedule qualified meetings.Use CRMs to track, manage and organize sales activities.Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively pitch and answer customer questions.Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and follow-up strategies.Build and maintain relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.Maintain a highly organized workflow to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.Actively contribute ideas and strategies to improve the sales process.Required Skills and Qualifications:Fluent English speakerRecent university graduate or 1-2 years’ experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable talking to new people.Motivated to learn and develop in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Organized, proactive and able to manage tasks and follow-ups efficiently.Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):Familiarity with CRM systemsInterest in technology and innovationAny prior customer service or sales experience is a plus
