Paid Ads Specialist

We’re looking for someone who knows how to craft the right message, choose the right platform, and spend the right budget, all to turn eyeballs into ticket buyers. Your Role Plan and execute paid ad campaigns for concerts, movie promotions, and event IPs Write a brief ad content tailored for Meta, Google, YouTube & LinkedIn platforms Strategise budgets across platforms and cities, from buzz to final call Decide platform mix, targeting strategy, and creative formats based on event goals Monitor daily spends, click-throughs, and conversions, and optimise in real time Work with design and content teams to align visuals and messaging Share campaign performance reports with insights and actionables Does this sound like you? 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid ads Proven work on event campaigns, entertainment or ticketing platforms Strong understanding of ad formats, audience behaviour, and funnel strategy Confident in content planning, budget allocation, and performance tracking Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube & basic analytics tools Based in Chennai and open to Work From Office (full-time) What we offer Competitive pay and performance-based appraisals Projects that span artists, films, concerts, and large-scale experiences Room to experiment with new formats, platforms, and growth strategies You’ll be part of a setup that values speed, strategy, and creative thinking, where your decisions directly shape campaign success.
