Deadline:  31 October 2025 Position:  Fellow – FPO ScaleX Program Location:  Across 8 states (extensive field engagement) Duration:  18 months Reports to:  Program Manager, FPO ScaleX Program Organisations:  Samunnati Foundation & Sattva Consulting More info:   About the Program: The FPO ScaleX Program is a joint initiative by Samunnati Foundation  and Sattva Consulting  to help Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) become commercially viable, member-focused, and market-linked. Fellows will work directly with FPOs to strengthen operations, build leadership capacities, and enable growth through market and ecosystem linkages. Qualifications: Master’s degree in agriculture, rural development, agri-business management, or related field. 2–5 years’ experience with FPOs, agri-businesses, or rural livelihoods programs. Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with field-based work and travel within assigned geography. Proficiency in MS Office and digital reporting tools. Fluency in local language(s) and working proficiency in English.
