Walk-In Drive || Post Award / Post Contract Termination Management / 3PRM - Chennai Walk in Date - 11th Oct Time - 10 AM to 2 PM Venue - Tower 4 - Medavakkam High Road, Elcot Sez, Sholinganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu *Please carry 2 hard copies of your resume & a Govt issued ID proof* Role & responsibilities Complete Post Contract Termination Activities Engage all stakeholders to align on pre-termination activities Obtain necessary documents and complete offboarding checklist Complete Consulting Knowledge Transfer Evidence Template Complete intents and Expiration activities Obtain necessary approval email and upload to CLM system Contract Review Create initial D&O and SLA tasks in client Risk Management system Maintain D&O and SLAs in the system. Make necessary updates Complete tasks (Point of Contact, Site Locations update) in Risk Management system Co-ordinate with Third party accessor/BRO/Third Vendor to get necessary document to close the Gap triggered Preferred candidate profile Good knowledge of Contract Management Process in Procurement Ability to communicate with client internal teams and suppliers Knowledge of MS Office Work Time & Conditions - Night Shift (US Shift) - Secure ODC - 5 days work from office *Do not carry any personal Laptop / i Pad for the drive*
