Job Description:
About the Role Individual Needed for Meeting Targets fixed by shareholders to achieve the Revenue, Collection and Receivables. Needs to ensure the growth of the company and adhere the policies set by HR. Required to establish with team to follow the guidelines set in SOP. Required to arrange necessary training for the employees to set standards and to improve the overall efficiency of employees. Experience- 15-20years in the field Responsibilities Required to take care of necessary tools and equipment for doing site activities. Share monthly report to all concerned. Share annual report contains Revenue, Achievements, receivables, employee’s performance, required skills and necessary training and Capex. Required to address complaints from customer for all service-related activities. Required to submit Invoices in set time to customers and BIPL. Required to ensure travel advance and claims as per defined policies. Monthly attendance report of all employees to be informed to HR in time. Ensuring, Timely visit to site according to customer’s priority. Ensuring Timely and professionally handled service calls related to issues arising from customers. Provide high-level technical support and solutions to the customers at their locations. Ensure compliance of all regulations, rules and federal laws. Build positive relationships with customers. Qualifications Diploma/graduate/postgraduate in Mechanical engineering Required Skills Industrial Equipment Knowledge : Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems used by Boldrocchi plants. Site Execution & Commissioning : Expertise in managing installation, testing, and commissioning of industrial systems. Troubleshooting & Maintenance : Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site efficiently. Project Management : Skilled in planning, scheduling, and executing service projects within timelines and budgets. Preferred Skills Team Supervision : Experience in leading service engineers and technicians at multiple sites. Training & Development : Ability to mentor and train site teams on safety, technical procedures, and customer handling. Conflict Resolution : Strong interpersonal skills to manage team dynamics and resolve on-site challenges. Client Communication : Professional communication with clients regarding service updates, issues, and resolutions. Service Quality Assurance : Ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Reporting & Documentation : Timely submission of service reports, job completion certificates, and feedback forms. Safety Protocols : Deep knowledge of industrial safety standards and implementation on-site. Regulatory Compliance : Familiarity with local and international service regulations and documentation. Problem-Solving : Quick decision-making and analytical thinking in high-pressure situations. Adaptability : Ability to work in diverse environments and handle unexpected challenges. Communication : Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
