Role Description Job Title : Digital Skills Trainer Location : Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Department : Digital Training / IT Support Services Contract Type : Fixed-Term (1 Year) Work Schedule : U.K. Shifts (Night Shift / Rotational depending on client needs) Reports To : Digital Skills Manager / Training Lead Salary : 6 – 10 LPA Job Description : We are hiring a Digital Skills Trainer for a 1-year contract to support international clients (mainly U.K.-based) in adopting and using Microsoft 365 Specialist tools effectively.  Qualifications : ● Must have knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and digital collaboration platforms.  ● Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Education, or a related field. ● 2–4 years of experience in IT/digital skills training ● Experience delivering training or support to international (especially U.K.-based) clients.  ● Willingness and availability to work in night shifts (U.K. time zones).
