Role Overview: We are looking for a Customer Executive who can manage incoming calls, guide customers on our tours, and assist them with tourist visa queries. The role involves clear communication, patience, and a passion for the travel industry. Key Responsibilities: Answer and manage inbound customer calls professionally. Explain details of our group tours, itineraries, costs, and inclusions. Guide customers with information on tourist visa requirements and documentation. Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and bookings. Provide end-to-end assistance to customers for their travel needs. Coordinate with internal teams (tour managers & visa team) for smooth operations. Requirements: Good communication skills in English + Tamil / Telugu (both preferred). Basic knowledge of tours, flights, and visas (training will be provided). Ability to handle calls patiently and explain clearly. Graduate in any stream; prior experience in travel/visa/customer service is a plus. Computer skills: Email, Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM handling.
