US F&A GL

We intending to hire qualified Chartered Accountants with US F&A General Ledger (GL). Work Location: Ramanujan IT Park, Tharamani, Chennai, Tamil Nadu Shift Timings: 2-00PM IST to 11-00PM IST (Work from Office) RESPONSIBILITIES: with end-to-end US F&A GL month close tasks and submission of Borrowing Compliance and Ratio Analysis. of Balance sheet, Income Statement and Accruals movements and guide the preparation of monthly financial accounts in line with the SOPs and processes in place. for preparation of Annual Accounts and Finalization of Accounts of Group Companies and the Consolidated Accounts for the Company in line with US GAAP the monthly consolidation of the group companies. Assist in the preparation of year-end books for audit purposes and Liaison with the auditors for interim and final audits and ensure smooth completion of the same. and implementation of suitable internal control systems in the department. information to the top management on a monthly and need basis. Prepare and maintain detailed cash flow analyses as required. Analyse monthly financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows. Effectively communicate analysis to management upon request. Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for relevant entities. Reconcile bank accounts and assigned general ledger accounts. Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis according to the monthly closing schedule. Involved in formulation of various systems, policies, procedures, commensurate with the need of the company. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Well-organized with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with management and colleagues. Demonstrated ability to work independently. Strong organizational skills, including task prioritization, deadline management, and multitasking. Exhibits good judgment and problem-solving skills. Adaptive to changes in the work setting. Ability to manage work with offshore team. Knowledge in different Ratios, US GAAP, FCCS/EPM, Power BI, MS office. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4 to 5 years of experience preferably Big 4. Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting Work experience in Staffing & IT software companies is preferred but not mandatory.
