Role and key responsibilities: We are looking for a team leader with skills in General Ledger, Reconciliation, Finalization, and Reporting. Experience with international BPO/Back-office operations is required. Role and Key Responsibilities: o Daily team huddles and work allocation o Monitor productivity and SLA/KPI performance o Be part of the process deliverables o QC of team member’s work on sample basis o Resolving team queries and coaching o Timely follow-up on open items/queries o Daily and weekly status updates to clients on email and calls o Regular training and SOP documentation with the team o Monthly performance management of team members o Participate in ideation, support improvementsEncourage team and self to participate in soft skills training o Create a healthy and motivating team environment Key skills & knowledge: o Ability to manage a team of 6 - 8 team members o GL Accounting, journal entries o Reconciliation and entries - Bank accounts, Intercompany, Balance sheet accounts o Fixed Assets and Depreciation o Month close, Accruals & Prepaid entries o Understand month-close calendar o Preparation of financial stmts, schedules o Working knowledge of Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, P&L reports o Support on audits o Able to handle client escalations o Analytical skills o Attention to detail Educational Qualification: Graduate / post-graduate
