Senior Trainer – QSR Industry

We are looking for a Senior Trainer to design, deliver, and lead training programs across our stores. Role Overview The Senior Trainer will be responsible for end-to-end training delivery for store associates, shift managers, and multi-store managers. This includes content creation, training execution, and capability building across multiple cities. The role demands strong communication, a hands-on approach, and a passion for developing people in the fast-paced QSR environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver training programs for front-line and management staff across multiple stores. Create engaging training content (manuals, videos, SOP guides, assessments). Ensure consistency in training delivery across cities. Conduct onboarding programs for new hires. Train employees on customer service, operational SOPs, hygiene, and upselling. Evaluate training effectiveness and track employee performance improvements. Partner with operations leadership to identify skill gaps and address them through targeted training modules. Requirements Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of training experience in the QSR industry . Excellent spoken and written English communication skills . Proven ability to create training content (documents, presentations, digital material). Experience conducting multi-city training sessions . Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
