Position: VMO Assistant / VMO Coordinator Location: Chennai CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹4.5 LPA (Based on work experience) Experience: 1–5 Years Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST Work Mode: Hybrid (Work from Home & Office) Week Off: Saturday & Sunday Mode of Interview: Face-to-Face Job Responsibilities Learn and work on document repository, ServiceNow, and PowerBI tools. Collaborate with the Lead IT VMO Support Analyst to ensure data quality in systems. Upload and validate contracts in the document repository. Understand IT functions to accurately interpret and validate documents. Provide regular status updates to requestors regarding documents and approvals. Enforce document naming standards and coordinate with vendors for compliance. Track, report, and maintain defined metrics – create dashboards, monitor activities, and review exception reports. Assist in resolving blockers in the procure-to-pay process. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience. Technical Skills: Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to quickly learn ServiceNow, document repository systems, and PowerBI dashboards. Experience: 0–5 years in Vendor Coordination (Minimum 5 years preferred for senior level). Experience working with global teams is an advantage. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Quick response to issues while following established processes. Note: This role requires flexibility to work in the 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST shift.
