Job Title: Sr. Manager Experience: 8 – 11 Years Location: Chennai & Delhi Budget: 10 LPA Job Description: Role Summary: Hands-on, field-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager role requiring strong B2B sales experience in specialty oils such as transformer oils, insulating oils, liquid paraffin, and white oils. These commodity oils are used as lubricants and industrial blends across sectors like power, polymers, FMCG, and lubricants. Key Responsibilities: · Business Development & Sales · Drive direct B2B sales (no inbound/digital leads) across key industrial sectors. · Achieve zonal volume targets (in KL). · Client Management · Understand client needs, offer suitable grades/specs, and handle pricing. · Build and retain strong customer relationships. · Coordination & Support Skill Required: · Proven field sales and customer acquisition expertise · Experience in bulk product sales (barrels, tankers); retail/small pack not required · Skilled in independently closing sales with industrial clients · Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up abilities · Capable of managing multiple clients and coordinating deliveries/payments · Must log customer visits in the KOOPS app with full details Interested candidate can apply through -
