Ideal for candidates with prior experience at OYO, Agoda, or similar OTA/hospitality platforms.Key Responsibilities- Property Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and onboard independent hotels, guest houses, and budget properties in Chennai- Portfolio Management: Manage existing partner accounts to maximize room nights, revenue, and ratings- Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate commission structures, inventory allocation, rate parity, and promotional campaigns- Performance Optimization: Analyze property performance data and recommend pricing, availability, and content improvements to boost bookings- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, demand trends, and pricing in Chennai market- Cross-functional Coordination: Work with onboarding, operations, revenue, and support teams for seamless property go-live and issue resolution- Target Achievement: Deliver monthly/quarterly KPIs on property sign-ups, GMV, and revenueRequirements- 2-5 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management- Preferred: Prior experience at OYO, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, FabHotels, Treebo, or similar hospitality tech platforms- Strong understanding of OTA business models, commission structures, and hotel operations- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and data analysis skills- Fluent in English and Tamil; knowledge of Chennai hospitality landscape is a plus- Willingness for field work and client meetings across ChennaiWhat We Offer- Competitive fixed salary + uncapped incentives based on performance- Fast-paced growth environment with pan-India scale- Opportunity to own and grow Chennai supply market
