Deputy General Manager – (Practice Wireline Head)

We are seeking an experienced Telecom wireline network Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Telecom network planning, design, Delivery, operations & Maintenance, Inventory tool eco system. The role involves handling advanced technical challenges, supporting critical customers, and driving innovative solutions within the company s network systems.Responsibilities:- Create and execute strategies aligned with organizational goals to foster growth. - Design the solution by understanding the customer requirement in detail. - Preparing the detailed project plan with Efforts / resources estimation. - Defining the SLA s, KPIs. - Build and sustain robust client relationships (Internal/External), ensuring fulfillment of their needs and surpassing expectations. - Lead and guide project teams for effective service and solution delivery. - Define, establish and enforce quality standards, processes, and best practices to maintain high service levels. - Drive innovation in projects and services to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. - Offer essential support for business needs in new opportunities. - Experience in Designing, Delivery, O&M of Wireline networks. - Hands-on experience in Physical & Logical Network Inventory Tools. - Experience in working Network Study, Assessment & Improvement projects. - Experience in working consultancy projects / delivering professional services to Global customersQualification:- Bachelor s degree in Telecom/Electronics/Computer Engineering/Network Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - 15 - 20 years of experience working in Telecom Wireline Network planning / Design / Delivery / Assurance / Tools & Automation / Solutions. - Must have Product Development and GTM capabilities. - Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. - Good to have exposure to work with Global customers.
