Roles & Responsibilities: Define and execute the long-termtechnology roadmapaligned with business objectives. Establishproduct architecture standardsforrenewable automation platforms . Identifyemerging technologies (AI/ML, grid analytics, edge computing, cybersecurity)andintegratethem intoproduct strategy . Drive innovation inrenewable plant control, forecasting, optimization, and grid compliance . Lead functional teams responsible for: -Control algorithmsforSolar, Wind, Hybrid, BESSandmicrogridapplications -SCADA&plant automation systems -Energy managementandoptimization software -Performance analytic s andpredictive maintenance platforms Oversee full software development lifecycle ( SDLC ), includingarchitecture design, coding standards, QA, cybersecurity, DevOps, and release management. Guide development ofreal-time plant control system s andadvanced power plant controllers. Ensurecompliancewithgrid codesandregulatory standardsacrossIndia, ME, and CIS. Overseesystem integration ,commissioning , andfield deploymentactivities. Providetechnical oversightduringFAT ,SAT , andcommissioningphasesRequired Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inElectrical Engineering, Power Systems, Computer Science, 15+ yearsof experience inrenewable energy, power systems automation, or industrial software development. 8+ years in senior technical leadership roles (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Technology, etc.). Strong experience inrenewable plant control systems (Solar, Wind, Hybrid, BESS). Deep knowledge of: -Power system dynamicsandgrid integration - Control system design ( PID, model predictive control, adaptive control ) -SCADAsystems and industrial communication protocols ( IEC 61850, Modbus, OPC,etc.) -AI/ML applicationsinenergy systems -Cloud-based and edge-based software architecturesIf interested, send your CVs topriya.j@
