You’ll play akey role in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis — helping leadership understand performance drivers and make data-informed, forward-looking decisions.The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, excels at building complex financial models, and communicates insights with clarity and confidence.What You’ll DoBuild assumptions-driven financial models for forecasting, headcount planning, runway management, and fundraisingPrepare and present monthly financial reports — including P&L, cash flow, KPIs, and budget vs. actualsDevelop dashboards and visualizations that tell the story behind the numbersConduct ad hoc analysis on pricing, margins, and performance scenariosMaintain and refine forward-looking models with investor-readiness in mindPartner with founders, CFOs, and finance leaders to inform strategy and resource allocationWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate financeAdvanced Excel and financial modeling expertiseProven ability to turn complex data into actionable business insightsStrong presentation and storytelling skills with senior stakeholdersExcellent English communication (written and verbal)Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive mindsetBonus PointsExperience in SaaS, CPG, or tech-driven organizationsFamiliarity with U.S. GAAP and investor reportingBackground in client-facing or fractional/consulting finance rolesSkilled in BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau)Experience in high-growth or startup environmentsThe Selection ProcessIntro Interview (20 min) – Discuss your background and FP&A experience with a MAVI Talent PartnerTechnical + Behavioral Interview (30 min) – Dive into your analytical approach, modeling skills, and presentation styleJoin the MAVI Network – Successful candidates become eligible for this and future U.S. -based partner rolesAdditional InformationFull-time, contractual engagement through MAVIOnly candidates based in India will be considered
