Our ecosystem includes safety wearables, wellness solutions, and fintech services—purpose-built for seafarers and those working in industrial environments.Objectives : The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and global scaling of key digital and hardware-enabled products within the CircleDV ecosystem. This role requires an experienced product leader who has worked with international brands or globally deployed technology products and can translate market needs into scalable product strategies. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, customer empathy, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership. You will work closely with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams to bring innovative solutions to market and continuously improve the user experienceResponsibilities : Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and own product strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for product innovation Drive both 0–1 product development and 1–N product scaling initiatives 2. Product Development & Execution Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality product releases Translate product vision into detailed product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications Manage product development cycles using agile methodologies Ensure products are built with scalability, usability, and reliability in mind 3. Customer & Market Insights Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to understand evolving needs Use qualitative and quantitative insights to improve product features and user journey. Monitor product performance using key metrics and data analytics Continuously optimize the product experience based on user feedback and usage patterns 4. Global Product Scaling Support international product deployment across multiple markets and customer segments Ensure product capabilities meet the needs of global enterprise clients and industrial operators Work with commercial teams to support product adoption and customer success Drive continuous product improvement to maintain competitiveness in global marketsQualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field 12+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, IoT, wearable technology, fintech, or enterprise platforms Experience working with international brands or globally distributed technology products Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle from concept to global scale Strong experience in product roadmap development, market analysis, and user-centric design Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, commercial, and operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into product improvements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in multicultural and global environments Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
