Ensure compliance with API, ASME, and project standards. Review process data sheets, P&IDs, and coordinate with other disciplines.Procurement & Vendor ManagementPrepare Material Requisitions and conduct technical bid evaluations. Review vendor drawings and documents for accuracy and compliance. Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery and quality assurance.Project ExecutionManage engineering deliverables and ensure alignment with project schedules. Coordinate interface engineering with piping, civil, and electrical teams. Support proposal and detailed engineering phases.Installation & CommissioningSupervise installation, alignment, and commissioning of rotating equipment. Validate shop and site performance tests. Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend corrective actions.Reliability & MaintenanceDevelop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Conduct root cause failure analysis and implement improvements.LeadershipMentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
