The role requires strong people management, client handling, process optimization, and deep payer knowledge.Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-endEligibility Verification, Benefits Verification, and Prior Authorizationoperations Lead, mentor, and manage team leads, supervisors, and associates Ensure accurate verification of patient insurance coverage, benefits, deductibles, copays, and out-of-pocket details Oversee authorization workflows including medical necessity checks and payer-specific requirements Monitor daily productivity, quality, TAT, and SLA adherence Driveprocess improvements , automation initiatives, and error reduction Handleclient communications , performance reviews, and escalation management Conduct regular audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans Ensure compliance withHIPAA , payer guidelines, and client SOPs Prepare and present MIS, dashboards, and operational metrics Support transitions, ramp-ups, and new client implementationsRequired Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge ofUS Healthcare RCM – Front-End Operations Expertise inEligibility & Benefits Verification and Prior Authorization In-depth understanding ofcommercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care payers Excellent people management and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Experience working with EMRs, practice management systems, and payer portals Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)Preferred Experience Experience working withUS Healthcare providers / billing companies Prior exposure toclient-facing rolesand offshore delivery models Experience managing teams of200+ FTEs Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process excellence frameworks is a plusWhy Join Us?
