Senior Business Analyst

Job descriptionRole: Business AnalystLocation: Chennai (On-site)Experience Required: 3+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Overview:We're looking for a Business Analyst who can own the project lifecycle - from requirement gathering to delivery - while aligning business goals with technical solutions. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership, analytical strength, and the ability to drive clarity across cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:• End-to-End Ownership of business analysis activities across web and mobile app projects.• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to elicit and document clear business requirements.• Translate requirements into detailed user stories, wireframes, and functional specs.• Lead cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and QA engineers through the SDLC.• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.• Monitor project progress and proactively identify roadblocks and dependencies.• Conduct market research & competitor analysis to inform feature and product decisions.• Act as the bridge between technical and nontechnical teams, ensuring all parties are aligned.• Collaborate with QA during testing to validate and sign off on final deliverables.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field.- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior BA role.• Solid understanding of mobile and web development technologies, Agile methodologies, and project workflows.- Collaborate with QA during testing to validate and sign off on final deliverables.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field.• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior BA role.• Solid understanding of mobile and web development technologies, Agile methodologies, and project workflows.• Strong experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar.• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.• Clear and confident communication skills - both verbal and written.• Experience working directly with clients and managing expectations.Why Join Us?• Dynamic and creative team culture• Opportunity to lead impactful projects• Work on cutting-edge applications for a diverse global client base• Growth-oriented environment with real ownership and autonomy
