Loan Set up- US Mortgage Servicing

About the Role.The Loan Servicing Quality Control Analyst will follow established processes, procedures, check lists, and other related job aids to perform quality control reviews and remediate data defects on 100% of our daily new loan boarding files within a specific time, usually within one business day.Specific Skills/ Knowledge/ Abilities Required for Position:Able to work the required business hours as determined by management. Understand basic mortgage loan boarding business processes.Understand basic quality control / assurance concepts and best practices regarding consumer and financial product data systems2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, or auditing role Entry level Knowledge of ICE Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) and ICE Encompass Loan Origination Systems preferred but not required. Initiative and ability to create relationships of trust with business units, administrative and support staff.Proven record of accomplishment in meeting deadlines, problem solving and communicating with colleagues in other business units.Effective communication and presentation skills to summarize and present information.
